april 8- april 14

April 8- Happy Easter 2012!

April 9- I helped out with the dental bus at the school.

April 10- Minutes I took for the Spring Auction meeting.

April 11- Half day of school so Nicole and I took the kids to Wagon Hill Farm in Durham for a picnic and to burn off some energy. Great time.

April 12- Alex at the playground after school waiting for Kira  to come out from chorus.

April 13- Darn sweet ants. Thank goodness we had the stuff to make sure they don't come back!!

April 14- Lovely day. I went to the grocery store alone and proceeded to lock my keys in the car! Thank goodness I had my phone and camera. Took this picture while I waited for Dave to come and unlock the car for me.

slow and steady

• I am journaling faithfully in my wonderful Life Planner from Erin Condren. Which reminds me I should take a picture of it as it is so amazingly wonderful.
• I am taking pictures. Trying to capture this crazy life that is us. Different angles, different scenes, you know... not the usual or what I have already taken for my previous Project Life albums.
• I am trying to be a good mom and wife. Sometimes I don't feel I am doing so good and others I think I rock the world.
• I am enjoying 2012. Even if the world ends this year. LOL :)

Feeling a little sentimental today. My poor little guy has a nasty cough and runny nose that will not go away. He is tired and cuddly (not complaining on the cuddling part at all) but I feel so bad for him. I would love to take it all away and make him better. Hoping soon he will be back to his 100% full of vim and vigor kind of self.

Plus I am hoping that if you are reading this you are not noticing my lack of pictures. I have them- on my camera but this tired worried mommy is heading to bed. When kids are sick, mommy doesn't sleep well.

I am trying out a new way of keeping my journaling for my Project Life. I ordered this great day planner/ organizer from Erin Condren. I am totally loving it. Never mind that I LIVE for keeping my life organized and this planner is WONDERFUL!!

I will have to give credit for this amazing find to MaryAnn Perry who also does Project Life, is on the Creative Team for Project Life and is simply fun. She mentioned one day about this planner and it sounded just like what I needed for next year so off to Erin's site I went. Talk about drooling over objects!! I was in organizing heaven with this planner. So very happy that I ordered it and it has come and I can use it. Even more special... Erin added November and December to the planner so I could start using it immediately to get the feel and flow of working with it before it came to 2012 and my notes that I will need for completing my Project Life.

I will have to take a picture of my planner. I LOVE IT!! Maybe tomorrow when the sun comes up I shall do just that to share with you all.
